The Six Times app guides you to easily check your ethical behavior 6 times each day. This simple tool is being developed for your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad to help you to mindfully take small, steady steps toward a happier life.
Six Times is based upon 2 spiritual practices:
- The first is mindfulness: the awareness of what one is doing in any given moment.
- The second practice is to recall the advice that spiritual friends have given us — advice to engage in simple yet profound deeds, speech, and thoughts.
Both practices help us decrease troubles in our lives and build up the causes for happiness.
